Dajjal, Identity of Dajjal

Dajjal

From creation of Adam to Resurrection, there is no greater disaster for the people than Dajjal. Dajjal is a river name. The rivers of this river were dark and very dark. For this, it has been named as Dajjal. Dajjal is a word of darkness. The lieer is called Dajjal to explain this dark condition. Dajjal will be the biggest liar. The Dajjal will be a man. Regarding the identity of the Dajjal, the Prophet (peace be upon him) mentioned in several hadiths.

At the close of the Day of Judgment, Dajjal will appear. The advent of Dajjal is the biggest sign of imminent resurrection. There is no greater danger for mankind than Dajjal. It will be very difficult for believers to survive, especially at that time. All the Prophets have warned their Ummah of Dajjal. Muhammad (PBUH) and Dajjal warned him of the temptation, and gave him a way to escape his evil.

Ibn 'Umar (ra) narrates from the Prophet (peace be upon him): Once the Prophet (pbuh) stood up and praised Allah in due course. Then he went to discuss Dajjal and said: I warn you of his temptation. All the Prophets have warned their Ummah of Dajjal. But I will tell you about a Dajjal identity which no prophet has ever told his Ummah. That is, Dajjal will be blind. And our great Allah is not blind.

Nawas bin Sam'an (RA) said: "One time the Prophet (pbuh) narrated Dajjal to us in the morning. He made his fitna too big. Upon hearing the description, we thought that he might be staying next to a nearby palm garden. We passed by the Messenger of Allah (PBUH). After a while we went to him again. This time he understood our situation and asked: What happened to you?

We said: O Messenger of Allah! The way you have discussed Dajjal, we thought he might be inside the palm garden. The Prophet (ছাড়া) said: "I fear you more than Dajjal. If Dajjal comes to you while I am still alive, then I alone will deal with it without you. And if he arrives after I leave, then everyone will take care of himself. And if I leave, Allah is sufficient as a protector for every Muslim.

Identity of Dajjal 

Dajjal will be one of the human beings, however exceptional. The Prophet (peace be upon him) has described his identity in detail in order to expose his identity to the Muslims and to warn them of his temptation. Believers will be able to recognize him easily and be safe from his temptation. Believers will be fully aware of what the Prophet (peace be upon him) mentions. The Dajjal will have exceptional qualities compared to other people. Except for the foolish and the unlucky, no one will be deceived by Dajjal.

From Adam's creation to the Resurrection, there is no greater fit for humankind than Dajjal. He will show miracles that will make people look confused. Dajjal will claim himself as Lord and God. His claim will also present some evidence that the Prophet (pbuh) has warned about before. Believers will be able to easily recognize the false Dajjal, and their faith in Allah will grow even more. But people who are weak in faith will be lost in confusion.

Dajjal will claim himself as Lord or Lord. To the believer this claim would be falsified as clear daylight. No matter what great miracles Dajjal may offer for his claim, it will be clear to the believer that he is a disabled man, eating, sleeping, responding to the call of nature. More than that, he will be blind with one eye. How can He be Allah in whom all human faults exist? The true believer of a true believer is that the Great Allah is completely free from all human faults. No creator is like him. It is not possible for any human being to see Allah in the world.

Dajjal
