Quran, The virtues of reciting the Quran
For humans, the greatest gift from Allah is Qur'an. The Quran has been instructed to read beautifully soundly. The Qur'an has a lot of excellence in recitation of the Quran. Gradually each word has a special significance for reciting the Qur'an by utterly speaking with its mouth.
The Holy Quran, the greatest book on earth, has ever been revealed. The meaning of the Quran: Reading, which is recited, has been revealed to guide the salvation of humanity, the path of truth. The Quran is the word of Allah. As the honor and dignity of the Creator is infinite on the coast, the status and superiority of the Qur'an is unmatched in all other words. Of what is uttered by human mouths, the Qur'an is best read.
Explaining the importance of reciting the Qur'an, the Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "That person is the greatest among you, who teaches the Qur'an to himself and to others" (Bokhari).
The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "The heart in which the Qur'an has no part is like the heart of a broken house."
The virtues of teaching, memorizing, and mastering the Quran: The Prophet (peace be upon him) said that the person who recites the Quran and memorizes it and is careful of (the rules) will stay with the highly-regarded angels. And the person who recites the Qur'an in spite of hardship and keeps himself attached to it will be twice as good. (Bukhari, Muslim)
The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "Read the Qur'an." Because on the Day of Resurrection, the Qur'an will be the intercessor for the reader. (Muslim)
As stated elsewhere, the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said, "On the Day of Resurrection, the Siam and the Qur'an will make intercession to Allah for His servants."
