Rights of Others in Islam
Rights of Others in Islam
Severe punishment for those who do not protect their deposits, cheat people, take away the rights of others. One of the characteristics of a Momin servant is that he will be trusted. the Prophet (peace be upon him) was virtuous. Dear Prophet (peace be upon him) was a depositor from an early age. The Jew was no longer a Christian; all the doctrines believed him and kept him valuable furniture. Because of the faithfulness of the Prophet, everyone called him Al-Amin. Which means a trusted person.
There are many such rights. Such as mutual money-money transactions, money-deposits, speech deposits, mutual respect and many other things. Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam, in his address to farewell Hajj, sheds light on the rights of the servant. In this regard, the rule of Islamic law is that Allah will not forgive a servant unless he has properly fulfilled the rights of another servant (whose rights he has violated) or has asked forgiveness from the servant. A man is entrusted with everything from other people's money to his honor. It is the duty of every human being, especially every Muslim, to protect it. Lying one's name, or hurting someone's dignity and abusing him, his rights are basically ruined. Let's see what the Qur'an says about it? In the Qur’an, Irshad says, ‘Those who harm Allah and His Messenger, Allah has cursed them in this world and in the Hereafter, and has prepared for them a humiliating punishment.
In the two verses discussed, Allah's Messenger and the believer forbid women and men to suffer. Those who obey this command will be successful, and for those who do not obey, there is a great authority in this and the Hereafter. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "The true Muslim is the one whose Muslim is safe from his hand and tongue." Why only people? Islam does not have the provisions to harm an animal without crime.
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, ‘The (real) poor person in my ummah is the one who will appear on the Day of Resurrection with the virtues of many prayers, fasting and zakat. But with that he will come to the point where he has insulted someone. Lied to someone, consumed some of their goods (illegally), bleed someone and killed someone. Then such and such (oppressed) person will be given his virtues. In the end, if his virtue ends before fulfilling the demands of others, then they will be punished for their sin. Then (because of the guilt of others) he will be thrown into hell.
Remember, it is the right of a Muslim to protect the honor of another Muslim. We have to take full care of him. For this momentary laughter and joke of the world, severe punishment will be meted out in the Hereafter. So I will tell all Muslim brothers and sisters, come! From now on, we are all very careful, so that no one else gets hurt by my words, and if we ever hurt someone, we apologize to them. Knowing what the rights of the slaves are, we realize their rights from the Haqqani scholars and ulama. May Allah grant all of us the taufiq to practice the verses and hadiths we have discussed.
