Prophet Muhammad Quotes about Child

Prophet Muhammad Quotes about Child
Children are the future of tomorrow. The new world will be created through children. Say yes to the child This slogan is being uttered around the world today on the question of protecting the rights of the child. That is why Islam has urged the child to be a real person with affection and affection.

Today's children are the future of tomorrow. Therefore, it is the responsibility of all of you to bring up the child as a human being with care, affection and love in the light of Islam since childhood. So that as good citizens they can take part in building the country in the future. But now the picture of child abuse in our country has increased at an unusual rate. Many children in our poverty stricken country do not get the opportunity to study. To satisfy their hunger, they often work as housemaids in the homes of wealthy members of society. While working as housemaids, they are often brutally abused by housewives or landlords. Many of them died. Child abuse is now a terrible social disease in our country. It must be remedied.

We are Muslims. Islam is our religion. This religion carries the message of peace. There are many people in our country who are unable to understand Islam in a real sense due to illiteracy and poor education. Many consider Islam to be a religion confined to the four walls of a mosque. But Islam is a complete way of life and a universal religion. Islam, the religion of humanity, speaks of the rights and duties of all classes of people, rich and poor, young and old.

Regarding the treatment of children in particular, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said, ‘He who does not love children and does not show respect to adults is not one of us.’

Hazrat Abu Huraira (R) said that once the Prophet (SAW) kissed his grandson Hasan (R). Accra bin Harris was present with him at that time. He said, I am the father of ten children. But I never caressed and kissed them. Then the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) looked at him and said, ‘He who does not show mercy is not shown mercy’. (Bukhari: 5651).

Love for your children should not be limited. In the eyes of Islam, we have to show affection and love to all children. In particular, we need to express our sympathy for the orphans who have no surviving parents or no surviving parents. They need to be investigated and given a helping hand if needed. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said, ‘I and the orphans will be like this in Paradise. Saying this, he made a small gap between his index and middle fingers. Bukhari: 4996).

The Prophet (peace be upon him) not only loved children, he also inquired about them. Sometimes he used to joke with them.  Hazrat Anas (R) said, the Prophet (SAW) used to come to our house. My younger brother, his nickname was Abu Umayr. He had a bulbul bird. He used to play with his favorite bird. One day the bird died. Then one day the Prophet (peace be upon him) came to our house and saw that Abu Umayr was upset. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) asked, 'Why is Abu Umayr upset?' Everyone said that his bulbul bird was dead. Then the Prophet (peace be upon him) said, ‘O Abu Umayr! What happened to your bulbul? [Sunan Abu Dawood: 4961]

When the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) arrived in Makkah after the conquest of Makkah, when some small children came to him, he did not drive them away, but caressed them.
